Deming Management Methodology
Understanding the Deming Management Methodology is key to uncovering or identifying quality and/or efficiency improvement opportunities. The key postulate of finding efficiencies, as espoused by this change agent, is that the persons that work with the system or systems every day know where the efficiencies are hidden and where the quality issues exist.
